Hot Mexican Cheese Dip

8oz. cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 4oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon crushed red peppers
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cilantro, finely chopped
crackers or tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Butter a 3 cup baking dish (shallow)
Beat cream cheese until smooth
Stir in 1 cup of the cheese and the next 6 ingredients
Spread in dish and sprinkle cilantro on top and then the remaining cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with crackers, chips or veggies
